What you get

  Set your week once and Gigs create themselves weeks ahead. Change one week or every week, and skip holidays whenever you need to. Today, on any plan, any one Gig can repeat weekly.

• Booking calendar

  See which nights are open, then invite or assign an act. They accept in the app and the Gig is set up with their roster.

• Rooms and hosts

  Every Gig gets a room and a host. Hosts log in and see only their Gigs for today.

• Venue board

  See today's Gigs by room at a glance, with spots filled, checked in and running late.

• Service links for staff

  Share a read-only schedule link with kitchen, bar and front of house, with set and break times and live status. No logins, no phone numbers. Today each crew member gets a read-only link to one Gig.

• House rules across Gigs

  One mic per person per hour, a venue-wide block list, and no-show tracking. Today a block list and no-show tracking already cover all your own Gigs.

• Paid spots

  Available today on every Gig: set a price per spot and get your Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or cash handle shown to performers, with a paid toggle on each spot. Card payments come later.

• Reports

  Money, no-shows and regulars, broken down by day, week, room and host.

• Developer API

  Push your schedule from your own site or booking system, and pull signups back into it.

• Your venue page

  runmygig.com/@yourvenue lists your upcoming Gigs, so people always know what is on next.
