Subprocessors
Last updated October 13, 2026
These are the companies BTTRYZN LLC uses to run runmygig. Each one handles data only to provide its service to us. Before we add or replace one that handles information about the people on your Gigs, we update this page and email producers, as our Data Processing Addendum describes.
Google Cloud and Firebase (Google LLC)
Purpose: hosting the app, the database, file storage, server code, sign-in (Google or email link) and push notifications.
Data involved: everything runmygig stores: producer accounts, Gigs, lineups, signups, RSVPs, messages, uploaded files and signed documents, sign-in email addresses, and device tokens for push notifications.
Google Cloud Privacy Notice · Privacy and Security in Firebase
Twilio Inc.
Purpose: sending and receiving text messages.
Data involved: the mobile numbers of people who opted in to texts, the text of each message, delivery status, and replies such as YES, STOP and HELP.
Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: billing producers for paid runmygig plans.
Data involved: the producer's email address, billing details and payment card, which Stripe holds (runmygig never sees card numbers), and subscription status. Stripe is not used for money producers collect from performers or guests, and gets no information about the people on a Gig.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)
Purpose: sending email, such as sign-in links, invites, and Gig alerts to crew and guests who gave an email address.
Data involved: the recipient's email address, the email's subject and text, and delivery status.
Google Analytics (Google LLC)
Purpose: pseudonymous usage stats, such as which screens get opened and how many Gigs are created.
Data involved: page views and app events, a random browser ID kept in a cookie, browser and device type, and an approximate location (city or region) Google estimates from the IP address. Never names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages or private links. It is not loaded on performer slot links, crew sheets, co-host console links or stage display links, or when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. See our Privacy Policy.
