Our pledge

  • We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
  • Once you're signed up, every message we send you is about a Gig you're part of or a Gig someone's inviting you to (apart from sign-in links and account notices). No ads, no "people you may know", no newsletters you didn't ask for.
  • Phone numbers stay private. Producers see what they need to run the night; the public never sees them.
  • This is a tool for getting live events done, not a social network.

How it works

  1. Build the lineup

    Build your roster by hand or share one QR code for easy signup. Copying a past Gig is free. You choose who gets what slot.

  2. Run the room

    Minimal controls, maximum control. Ping on-deck acts automatically, fix lineup and timing on the fly, and keep your co-host, crew and stage display in sync.

  3. Wrap up

    The Gig report has who went up, for how long, and when, ready the moment the Gig ends. Every public Gig keeps a permanent page on the runmygig calendar, so everyone remembers the night.

What's in it

  • Light cue

    One tap tells the act on stage to wrap it up. The stage display turns red, the next act gets a heads-up, and the next act's intro line for the MC is right on the console.

  • On-deck pings

    Performers who turn on alerts get a heads-up when they are on deck, so nobody is in the bathroom when you call them.

  • Re-timing that follows you

    Run long, cut a set or drag the order around. Every projected start time updates.

  • Stage display

    Open it on a TV or tablet by the stage. Big name, big timer, readable from the back row.

  • MC strip

    Who is hosting, and the next act's intro line, right where the MC needs it.

  • Works offline

    GO, STOP, NEXT and the light queue up when the club signal drops and go through when it comes back.

  • Built for dark rooms

    Warm text on charcoal. Only the controls you need right now light up: STOP, GO and the light.
